Fundraising

We've started the fundraising process! The financial weight of this adoption becomes 1000 times more real when you start writing the checks! Sheryl has been going door-to-door for almost a week now spreading the word and collecting cans and bottles to recycle. Other fundraisers we are planning include selling Carls Jr. coupon books, working with Baja Fresh to get 15% of the proceeds for meals purchased on a specific date, having a yard sale/bake sale sometime in September (if you'd like to help us in the process, we will take any yard sale items, baked goodies, and even straight donations!).
