Great News! Brian's Birth Certificate has finally arrived. Now all we need to do is wait for our immigration papers to go through. After we get our approval from Immigration for adoption we get the dossier paperwork put together and turned in. Then we wait for our referral. We are one step closer to completing the Dossier.
