We keep trying to complete the Dossier but continue to have obstacles in our way. We got everything statesealed today except Brian's birth Certificate that has to take yet another trip to Washington D.C. to be state sealed.Once that is done we copy everything 4 times and mail them. Then we will have the paperchase completed. Please pray that we will get Brian's Birth Certificate back quickly because we really need to get the paperwork to China as soon as possible. Thanks.
